Return and Exchange Policy

At NEBULÈ, we are committed to offering high-quality products. To ensure a fair and clear shopping experience, here is our return and exchange policy:

1. Clothing

• Clothing cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• This is for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Other products

• You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
• If the request is approved, the return or exchange is processed within no more than 5 working days.

Return and exchange conditions

• The product must be in its original condition and unused.
• It must be in its original packaging with all accessories.
• The purchase invoice must be included.

Shipping costs

• The customer pays the full shipping costs of the return or exchange.
• If the return is due to an error by the store or a manufacturing defect, the store pays the shipping costs.

Important notes

• No return or exchange request can be accepted after the stated period has ended.
• The store may refuse a request if the conditions above are not met.
